Sony's claim is that XZ2P is world's first device that capable of both capturing and play back 4K HDR video with full experience (displaying 4K HDR rather than display in FullHD+ HDR only like XZ2/XZ2C).

I own a XZP and I am curious of the difference between XZP's and XZ2P's 4K HDR display.
Sony seems not say much about it.
And I am still struggling as although the camera system is it's main selling point,
AUBE does not work in capturing 4K video (standard or HDR).
Maybe next generation?

You'd think they'd actually do some research before they write these articles. It's not the first 4K HDR display on a smartphone. It was already done on the original XZ Premium.

Sony's new Xperia XZ2 Premium flagship is one of the heaviest smartphones hitting the market. At 232 grams, it even out beefs the hefty iPhone 8 Plus and Samsung's Galaxy Active.
