Dex is able to resize almost any windows with a free app. Tried with Remote Desktop, Netflix and Teamviewer and many others.

Can it be used for software development? Is any good IDE available? From Google Play, browser cloud based etc

Optimized. The Samsung DeX Pad is less a successor for the DeX Station and more an alternative product. Our review will show whether the mixture of a smaller port selection and a lower price is a good concept.
