Bewohner des ostafrikanischen Staates Uganda müssen ab dem ersten Juli eine spezielle Steuer zahlen, wenn diese soziale Medien oder auch einige Messenger nutzen. Aktuell ist noch unklar, wie genau die Steuer abgerechnet werden soll.
