The Huawei Y5 Prime (2018) is now listed on Huawei's website, indicating that it might not be long until it hits store shelves. The older Y5 (2017) released in June of last year, so this timing would match. With 2 GB RAM / 16 GB storage, this is undoubtedly a budget phone, but the inclusion of three card slots (2 SIM and 1 MicroSD) will be highly attractive in some markets.
