Das gleiche passierte mir mit einem Sony XPeria XZ Premium. Das Gerät ist noch beim Service.

Samsung Deutschland hat sich mittlerweile erstmals zum Totalausfall mancher, vor allem US-Amerikanischer Galaxy Note 8 und Galaxy S8+-Modelle geäußert, die nach völliger Entleerung des Akkus nicht mehr zum Leben erweckt werden können. Mehr als ein Aufruf, den Support zu kontaktieren, ist es aber nicht geworden.
