Imagine your cab getting stuck and after ~20 minutes of suspiciously loud AC noise, you hear "Hi, I'm Cortana. Your files are exactly where you left them. Now, let's connect you to a network".
Is that 21st century enough for you, or do we have to bring out the cripple (Windows 11)?

If this comment were to even go through, I have felt the same way, sorry I am five years into the future. I have had computers my entire lifeline and I enjoy working with designing 2D games. I feel I am ready to design 3D games. I have used every NT Operating System from 95 to Windows 11, I find it fascinating.

22 years after its release, Microsft Windows 95 is still running on machines around the world, including critical sysetms inside the Pentagon. The US Department of Defense is collaborating with Microsoft to migrate all Pentagon systems to Windows 10.
