Only feature that would get me to consider it at this point: Respects my privacy. AFAIK only the Enterprise edition does this currently, and that's not so convenient for SOHO users.

This upcoming Windows 10 edition will come this fall with the following highlights: the ReFS file system, SMB Direct file sharing, persistent memory, and expanded hardware support.
