Samsung gab den Beginn der Massenfertigung für seine ersten SoCs mit 10-nm-Strukturbreite in FinFET-Technologie bekannt. Vermutlich handelt es sich um die Serien Exynos 8895 von Samsung und Snapdragon 830 von Qualcomm.
