I received the M506 model few days ago . They've changed the display panel to LG LP156WF6 (Dell), i hope similar to what is on Dell Latitude 3550 which has pretty good results. I'm a bit upset, but still good display.
By the way, I've had the same feedback from Schenker support team: "We can't guarantee... and ... most likely panel will be the same as for M505 ".

Has anyone ordered the M505?
Is the display as good as the reviewer says?
I emailed Schenker and they say they cannot guarantee that they would use an identical panel for each build.

Laut unseren Informationen ja, die 950M verbraucht unter Volllast etwas mehr Strom als die 750M. Allerdings ändern sich auch die TDP-Definitionen immer mal, so dass diese Angaben nicht immer zu 100% vergleichbar sind.

Ich würde mir definitiv nie ein Notebook ohne beleuchtete Tastatur kaufen, das wäre ein absolutes auschlusskriterium für mich

ja, beleuchtete tastatur braucht man! sicher nicht zwingend, aber ich sitze doch öfert mal im halbdunkel und da ist das einfach superpraktisch.

und mir ist eine 950M mit 2 GB VRAM lieber als eine künstlich aufgeblähte 950M mit 4 GB VARM, der einen überzogenen aufpreis erzeugt.
denn nahezu alle szenarien, welche mehr als 2 GB VRAm erfordern, überfordern die 950M (hohe auflösungen, max. details und dann noch AA).

beleuchtete tastatur?? braucht man dies wirklich?

die langsame gpu ist dem preis geschuldet, aber die 2gb sind doch wenig

herrje 105 Watt :/ und ich hatte die Hoffnung das im neuen Macbook Pro 15" die 950m drin ist welche dann aber mit dem 10 watt stärkeren Prozessor potenziell noch mehr Energie bedarf wobei die Macs doch aufgrund des 85 Watt Netzteil bisher auch nie über 90 Watt gezogen haben ;/
verbraucht die 950m mehr Strom als die 750m ?

Feintuning. Beim M505 hält Schenker Technologies am schlichten Antlitz des Vorgängers fest. Auch unter der Haube sind die Änderungen marginal. So wird das IPS-Panel jetzt nicht mehr von einer GeForce GTX 850M, sondern von einer GeForce GTX 950M begleitet. Was das für die Leistung bedeutet, erfahren Sie hier.
