Low-cost touchscreen. Laptop sales are in decline, the outlook is gloomy. Can a touchscreen help reverse this trend? HP certainly hopes so, equipping a 450-euros-device with such a panel. But does this also equate to a possible tipping point for the cheap laptop segment?
