The Sony is the better option for sure. With the battery slice you have 8+ hours of actually use time. The slow mechanism allows for touch screen in bth tablet and laptop mode. And though some criticize the small keyboard of the Sony duo I think it is actually great piece of design work as it keeps your fingers closer to the screen making it a more natural and fluid motion when typing to tapping/swiping the touchscreen. And have you seen the screen on the duo? Brightness and contrast is best I have sen yet on an ultrabook

I'm so glad the inner screen is not a touch screen, so i can be matte.
A convertible with a touch and a matte screen, that's why i whould buy it.

Hello,
when I am checking the color spectrum on the picture and when I read the related text, I wonder where is the misunderstanding.
It is said that Taichi has worse color space coverage than S7. Checking both pictures, S7 (http://www.notebookcheck.net/typo3temp/pics/af2885d57a.gif) vs Taichi (http://www.notebookcheck.net/typo3temp/pics/02f268e394.gif). For me it seems that Taichi has wider color spectrum, while S7 is brighter.

The screen you see in laptop mode is NOT a touch screen. To me this is a dealbreaker.
