waste of money,they hndovr laptop with no cd's, whn i try to create recovery disk it ask u 15dvd's....design is very worst, 4 usbs...all r waste..u ll use only one @ same time coz lack of space btween two usbs, power plug design is in right side of the laptop..so evrytime you place the laptop it damages the power pin,,,,poor customer service. dont waste ur money.experience speaking here..49k is my z580 ,,,my humble reqst is dnt buy this bloody laptop...there are so many laptops available for this price....now i dnt hve driver cd,os cd,software cd...this ll hapn to all of u guys who buy this laptop,,,,,
