HP beendete das dritte Geschäftsquartal mit einem Rekordverlust: 8,9 Milliarden US-Dollar. Konzernchefin Whitman zieht die Konsequenzen und streicht Jobs und Geschäftsbereiche. Die Wende sollen auch neue Tablets im Privatkundenbereich bringen.
