Toshiba wird sein Android-4.0-Tablet AT270 mit 7,7 Zoll großem AMOLED-Display (1.280 x 800 Pixel) und Quad-Core Tegra 3 im dritten Quartal in Deutschland für 550 Euro auf den Markt bringen.
