Dieser ganze Patentdreck schadet der Innovation, dem Wettbewerb und damit dem Konsumten. Da machen die Lobbyisten sehr gute Arbeit... Schade. Gott sei Danke, konnte man das Rad und den Buchdruck noch nicht patentieren...

Das 10,1"-Honeycomb-Tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1 von Samsung bleibt neben Deutschland auch in Australien weiter verboten. Heute bekräftigte ein australisches Gericht das vorläufige Verkaufsverbot. Am 9. Dezember geht es vor das höchste Gericht.
