Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir gerade anhand meiner Service-Tag den Garantieanspruch bei Dell angesehen. Bestellt habe ich das ganze mit "4 Jahre Vor-Ort-Support-Service, auch abends und samstags". Unter diesem System-, Servicevertrags- und Garantieinformationen steht allerdings Abhol- und Reparaturservice für 321 Tage und Fifth Business Day für 1417 Tage. Wie darf ich das verstehen? Was ist Fifth Business Day-Service? Kann ja nicht das gleiche wie "Vor-Ort-Support-Service" sein. Oder doch? Bei Dell habe ich mit diesem Begriff nichts gefunden.
