Early adopter tax while they recoup development costs. Ultimately this will need to be cheaper, not just safer. It'll be heavier due lower power density. As more and more of these come online, competition will also drive down prices.
I would not rush out an buy one as they offer no compelling reason to upgrade yet. Might be great for home battery due to the much lower risk of fire
