The 16e has just launched as the first iPhone with Apple 5G - even if that status comes with some caveats. The Cupertino behemoth plans to undo one of the most important of those in its upcoming iterative upgrade, according to a new leak. Devices with the "C1X" might also have slightly faster and smoother mobile data than the 16e.
