I recall a couple of years ago, one of UbisoFornication's shooters that introduced for the 1st time ever, uhm... controversial protagonists... that later resorted into a huge backlash for the publisher by the MAJORITY of its user base, that had expressed HUGE displeasure to UbisoFornication.
UbisoFornication decided to go dark for weeks/months... deliberately not addressing its community the HUGE change that it added to this shooter; but when UbisoFornication did decided to respond to its super huge displeasure community - its response was a slap in the face from the publisher, and the publisher basically had stated that, the publisher was proud of its decision, and more of these... decisions... were coming to more of its franchise's titles in the very near future.
The publisher words were true. The publisher implemented this decision into each one of its franchise titles to this day. From that day, years ago, up to today, the majority decided to shun UbisoFornication, and never looked back.
This publishers memory is either super short, or they are taking some really bad stuff or simply foolishness has completely rotten this publisher's brain.
As per an insider, Ubisoft is hosting Assassin's Creed Shadows previews next week despite recently announced delays. Media is supposed to get an early look, but embargo details are still unclear.
