Should say "RG/BG sub-pixel matrix consisting of one green LED per pixel, and alternating red and blue LEDs"
If the pixels contained one red, one green, and one blue each as described, then it would be a full RGB matrix, which this device does not have. It is missing LEDs, which is the whole point of saying something.
