There is some production in aliexpress have thermal camera, and installation position is under the car maker logo. The TOPs should also larger than this one, so human detection should be more accurate
This would be nice. I'm more interested in having one to warn of deer on the side of or in the road. Deer around me have gotten so bad that I don't like riding after dark anymore.
11.Every couple of years, I take a long road trip down to Oaxaca, Mexico. I do a lot of night driving. This will be super handy for those moments when I'm unsure about what's up ahead. I just bought it and can't wait to give it a try!
For those who drive in foggy or poorly lit areas, this makes such a difference. Installed it two days ago, and it's already helped me avoid a potential collision. 10/10 recommend
This is exactly what I needed for my off-road trips. It's discreet yet powerful. Didn't realize how much peace of mind night vision could bring until now. Definitely keeping this in my gear rotation.
They should add a wiper or something to keep the lenses clean. My rear-view camera gets blurry in the winter from the snow/salt - I can see the same thing happening here.
It's quite odd they advertised it as working in any weather. Fog itself is nothing but rather thick veil of water droplets that together in many layers makes it thermal curtain that neither human eye, nor thermals can see througn. Manufacturer should have known that.
The Thermal Master NV300 Max is a rugged roof-mounted dashcam with integrated thermal imaging technology. While thermal imaging is impressive, this dashcam has much more to offer.
