It has 1 2280 slot and 1 2230 slot in the laptop itself, so 1x 8TB and 1x 2TB max standard.

The Framework Laptop 16 now officially supports up to four M.2 SSDs, allowing the notebook to be equipped with up to 16 TB of storage. However, these additional SSDs take up the expansion bay, meaning that they cannot be used at the same time as the dedicated GPU.
