Mine lasted just three months before it failed. The customer service has been simply awful and when it was picked up for repair it went without being properly secured so heaven knows what other damage has been done to it. I may have been unlucky with my machine, but doubt I'm alone in the response of customer services. This is in the UK
For me it is one of the best laptops in terms of hardware. What I don't like is that being 16" it doesn't have a full numeric keypad, I think it's a waste. Otherwise, with AMD and RTX 4060 it's a good price: $1,599.99, although it should go down even further, to $1200 with RTX 4060 and $1500 with RTX 4070.
