It's absolutely huge, and weighs like 45 pounds. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work, there is no sensitivity adjustment for the screen, sometimes minimized apps freeze, and worst of all, it will NOT work with Verizon. I sent mine back and got a V40 PRO, which is a far better phone, but guess what - also NOT COMPATIBLE WITH VERIZON. I spent 4 hours on the phone today and they just couldn't activate it.
Please share with readers the Total lack of support for this brand in USA, maybe elsewhere. Contact email from Google website doesn't work, is dead, and after suffering a component failure, found blog of many others with failures. Like device until can't find repair OR Parts in USA !!!
