MTG and MRG were never cheap, GeorgeS. I own an MTG-B3000FR-1A and that thing is worth every cent for a G-Shock-head (which I consider myself to be). My GW-5000U-1 and GWG-2000-1A1 are still two of my favourite G-Shocks though (actually I don't own anything else but G-Shocks).
