According to a recent report that is based on official tournament statistics, 21 out of the top 35 esports millionaires are Dota 2 pro players. While having roughly four times fewer tournaments when compared to Counter-Strike, Dota 2 had a prize pool of over $21 million vs. $18 million this year alone.
