Qualcomm is betting everything on ARM and it seems that little by little it is going well. Its first attempt has been weak but in the future it is expected to do much better. Apple abandoned Intel and bet on ARM and it is going very well. Mediatek + Nvidia in 2025 are betting on CPUs with ARM. AMD is also betting on ARM for 2026 Intel is sunk with the disaster of the last 3 years with x86. If AMD and Intel do not move forward, they will have lost everything.
According to a recent report, Qualcomm may be adding to the Snapdragon X series with cheaper options. Allegedly powering laptops priced at $599 and below, early signs suggest that there could be the X1P-24-100, X1P-39-100 and X1P-40-100.
