The base system is priced pretty decently, but if you want some more RAM or storage or an M4 pro you'll be seeing price tags upwards of 2,5K easily (at least in the eu).
Better to get an Xbox and a ps5 and pretty good mini PC and a big TV for that kind of money if you want to play video games.
The 2024 Mac mini is the company's most powerful and smallest mini PC yet. Its base model has the Apple M4, and with a 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU, the SoC held up fairly well in ETA Prime's gaming and emulation tests.
