Why couldn't it be simply called USB5?! Why do they have to make it so complicated? I am so lost already within these usb versions... 3.0, 3.1 gen1, 3.1 gen2, 3.2, 4 and now 4 2.0...
Although there are no compatible mainboards yet, Japanese manufacturer Elecom is launching the first cables with USB4 2.0 certification this year, which are twice as fast as the previous version.
