Zoom has finally launched the H2essential multi-mic handheld recorder as an update to the popular H2n, now featuring 32-bit float audio and a colour LCD for waveform monitoring. Housing three mics, it offers multiple pickup patterns for a wide range of scenarios, including musical ensembles, interviews and ambient sound recording.
