Intel swore on a stack of bibles Arrow Lake P cores have 14% IPC uplift over Raptor cove P cores. There's not a chance in hell then single core would be 1% lower even with slightly lower clocks. Since we know nothing of the cpu they tested such as clocks, I would ignore this, and as pointed out, it's a poor benchmark tool.

It looks like the upcoming Intel Core Ultra 7 265K desktop CPU will be quite a performer, with a new set of leaked CPU-Z benchmarks revealing that it matches the Intel Core i9-14900KS in single- and multi-core testing. The Core Ultra 7 still falls short of the Ryzen 9 9950X by a small margin in multi-core testing.
