You ***DO NOT*** need to reinstall the game on any platform, just update as usual. The update size is huge because it replaces most of the game's files.

I know, why are people being so confused over the update? Just say it's a very large update, not like thats anything new for FO76, the day one update when it first launched was basically a full reinstall as well. (so much for having bought it on disc so I could play it quicker)

You don't need to uninstall. Start the game and you should then get a notification saying the game needs an update. I am on series X but I am confident that it's the same for all platforms.

Lmao, have to uninstall to update the game, oops what if I just uninstall and don't play again, oops. Keystone feature not even launching, get a grip.

As per the latest post by Bethesda Software on official Reddit, the Milepost Zero update will go live as scheduled, but the Caravan feature will be available later in the month.
