Please stop beyblading the device on the scanner! The subpixel matrix photo needs to be aligned so that horizontal and vertical are represented correctly.
That aside, I'm not really sure what to call this matrix. Assuming the bars do run parallel to the device edges, then there is one red, one blue and two greens divided amongst two pixels. It would not be RGGB, because a slashless term implies the allocation of those counts to every pixel, rather than every two pixels. If the greens are independently addressable, then this could be a different form of RG/BG (perhaps better labeled RG/GB).
