It's definitely frustrating to encounter potential issues with such an amazing monitor. The screen gap you're describing sounds unusual. While some minor inconsistencies can be expected in panel technology, a noticeable vertical gap is concerning. Have you tried different display modes or adjusting the overscan settings? If you haven't already, reaching out to the manufacturer's support might be your next step. They can provide specific guidance and potentially arrange for a technician to inspect the monitor. Keep us updated on your progress, and hopefully, we can find a solution together!

My fellow QD-OLED owners. I need your help please. I recently purchased this amazing monitor. However I noticed a possible issue. The right side of my screen looked to have a thicker boarder. So, I used my phones flashlight and noticed what looks like an improperly aligned screen. Basically there is a small vertical gap between the right side of my screen and the boarder. Do any of you, or any QD-OLED 240hz panel owners have this "feature"?

Note, I did try both DP and HDMI sources. Both still had the gap. I set the screen ratio to 1:1, Full, and Aspect Ratio to no avail. I also tried adjusting the screen size with no results. I'm really hoping I don't have to return or swap it. I really like the speakers it comes with. I get that most don't, but they suit my use case.
