Garmin bietet ein neues Ortungssystem an. Dieses bringt nicht nur ein GNSS-Modul, sondern zudem noch ein Mobilfunkmodul mit. Die Ortung ist allerdings auch kostenfrei über eine spezielle Funkverbindung möglich, der Wechsel zwischen beiden Ortungsarten erfolgt auf Wunsch automatisch.
