I have a R1505G HP t640 and it runs Windows 11 fine. 32gb RAM and 1tb NVMe. The SoC line is always a few generations behind the cutting edge as these are aimed at industrial usage.
This is kind of odd given this relatively old APU really doesn't have much going for itself vs the ubiquitous Intel N95-97-100 chips - about the same single core performance, but the TDP of the Ryzen APU is 15-25W vs the N100's 6W (and not to forget the N100 has vastly superior hardware encoding-decoding abilities).
The IB200 is a new single-board computer equipped with an AMD APU, which opens up a number of possibilities and allows the use of conventional operating systems.
