Qualcomm's upcoming snapdragon 8 Gen 4 going from the 4nm node process to the 3nm node process will be a significant upgrade from 8 Gen 3 which itself is a powerful SoC. And regarding the upcomings dimensity 9400 and exynos 2500 which is expected to complete with 8 Gen 4 will be fierce competition at it's finest with all 3 companies trying to outdo each other. While there is rumors that dimensity 9400 and exynos 2500 may have slightly higher benchmark performance than 8 Gen 4 in some areas, it must be noted that Qualcomm stands apart by it's long history of being the most reputable SoC manufacturer which is why in my next phone I'll choose the 8 Gen 4 to play it safe since Qualcomm is the proven overall winner.

Seems unlikely that it will rival M2 GPU performance..... Maybe some extremely nerfed variant of M2 ....  Given how much we've seen thermal throttling from SD 8 products these last 3 generations and the minimal performance gains from each gen. SD is still struggling to keep up w/ Apple's A series bionics in graphical compute w/o excessive cooling....
