If I had to choose, I would without hesitation choose AMD Ryzen 8000 series processors, for several reasons.
Graphics performance on AMD is almost 50% higher than Intel.
Power consumption in AMD is 25% less than in Intel.
Processor heating is 60% less in AMD than in Intel
CPU + iGPU performance is much higher in AMD.
