Im sure it will work out very very well when the discovery phase outs the embarassing lack of evidence and then eventually lead to hundreds of billions in damages for dissolving a successful business.

TikTok is now a dead-man walking after the U.S. Senate passed a TikTok ban bill included in a $95 billion aid package to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. After President Biden signs it into law, ByteDance will have 270 days to leave the American market, face heavy fines, or sell TikTok to an American-friendly company. TikTok will file a lawsuit as soon as the package becomes law.
