There's an option in your Google Account that turns off Ad personalization. Enable that.

Google should fix it's One offering by taking a cue from Apple. If someone is paying that much, they ought to include services like YouTube Premium in it as well. Apple offers it's 'News' and 'Arcade' services as built in options when choosing plans.
