Huge device, yet it has a notch/teardrop.

No rubber on the sides or back - what are they thinking ? I had recently used a rugged phone made of only plastic it it was almost as slippery as a glass/metal one.
In this space only Motorola Defy does the right thing with their rubberized case, if you don't want a Chinese brick you can only carry in a backpack.

Atleast storage isn't eMMC based as it were earlier.

The Galaxy XCover 7 is more affordable but also has lower-end specifications than the last XCover. It has the basics: a protected chassis, a removable battery and 5G. But users have to make do with less performance. Can this be a good thing? Or may Samsung have cut the wrong corners on this phone?
