Elon Musk has said that Neuralink's first human patient has fully recovered after being implanted with a brain-chip, and is able to move a computer cursor by just thinking. The brain-computer interface, titled Telepathy, is first being tested on those with physical disabilities such as loss of control of one or more limbs.
