There are a good number of GPU options that feature passive cooling. But for most systems, the passively cooled graphics card units available for purchase don't offer the required performance. That's likely what made a Redditor named Everynametaken9 take on a brave project of silently cooling an Nvidia RTX 3080 with a thick copper bar and heat sinks.
