Leaked documents submitted by Microsoft to the FTC throw light on the company's plans for the next generation Xbox slated for a 2028 release. Microsoft is exploring both ARM and Zen 6 x64 options with a Navi 5 GPU and an NPU as part of its hybrid compute plans together with next gen DirectX ray tracing. In the run up to this, Microsoft may also introduce a handheld Xbox and a cloud-only gaming device.
