It seems to be priced more like a
 Battle drone...
But I do like my full sized variants which have survived well since they took over Minolta decades ago....
They build a quality product.

Sony has launched the ILX-LR1, a stripped-down ultra-lightweight full-frame camera specifically for industrial drone surveying and photogrammetry. With no viewfinder, screen or battery, and only minimal controls on the back, it is designed to be controlled via Sony's Camera Remote SDK. The ILX-LR1 costs US$2,950 and is only available through professional B2B distributors.
