The teaser is not for the Action 4 - it's for the Air 3(s) - look at the shape of the windows, and the fact that the person in the picture is holding a remote.

Alleged specifications for the next update to DJI's GoPro-killer OSMO Action camera have leaked on Twitter, and the spec sheet indicates an incremental, but not insignificant, update to the affordable action camera's hardware. 4K 120 FPS video makes a return, but a larger 1/1.3-inch sensor promises to let in substantially more light than its predecessor.
