Whatever happened with 4TB capacity of 990 pro which was also announced with other capacities.

The price of Samsung's flagship PCIe 4.0 SSD with 2TB of storage capacity is almost cut in half as multiple retailers are currently selling the 990 Pro with a 45 percent discount in relation to the original MSRP, which already seems like a distant past as the ailing storage segment fights an imbalance caused by oversupply and rather low demand.
