Apple hat sich für das zweite Halbjahr 2023 offenbar den Großteil der 3 nm Fertigungskapazitäten gesichert, sodass das iPhone 15 Pro und das MacBook Pro zu den ersten Geräten zählen dürften, die mit einem fortschrittlichen ARM-Prozessor auf N3-Basis ausgestattet sind.
