There is no such thing, nobody uses tactile sensation to change buttons, everyone looks at their dashboard. If there are buttons, they should be on the wheel where you are already oriented. Without orientation, changing anything on the dash while driving is dangerous

"up to" is the keyword, so most touchscreens can be faster but a single 1 being 6x slower would qualify for that
