The release notes for the latest AMD Adrenalin 23.2.1 drivers do not specifically mention ray tracing improvements for the RX 6000-series, but some Twitter users are reporting uplifts of almost 40% in 3DMark. These gains unfortunately do not seem to apply to any game that supports RT, with the exception of Doom Eternal.
